Empowering Writers - Effective Writing Strategies To Maximize the New Georgia ELA Standards

The 2025–2026 Georgia ELA Standards are bringing the reading-writing connection front and center. In this dynamic workshop, educators will focus on writing as an integral part of literacy instruction and how to make the connection between foundational concepts, author techniques, and oral/written communication. Join us for an interactive, high-energy experience packed with strategies, tips, and tools to help your students
prepare for an "expanded definition of text and the shift from text types to techniques." As a result, your students will
  • Read a range of text types with Author’s Eyes, focusing on Author’s purpose, audience, and organization.
